Start with a focused goal
A practice session works best when it has a clear purpose. Choose one theme, such as safe checker play, racing decisions or recognizing threats. Trying to solve every part of the game at once makes progress difficult to measure.
Review decisions, not only results
After playing, select a few positions that made you hesitate. Write down the alternatives you considered and why you chose your move. Separate the quality of the decision from the dice that followed it.
Keep a small learning journal
Record the position, your reasoning and the lesson you want to remember. During your next session, revisit an earlier example before studying something new. This turns isolated mistakes into a repeatable learning process.
Make the routine sustainable
Short, regular sessions are easier to maintain than occasional marathon reviews. End with one concrete question for your next practice session.
